The Hong Kong Music Service and Consulting Limited is pleased to invite applications for our HKDSE Music Summer Intensive Courses 2025. These specialised courses are designed to comprehensively prepare students for the HKDSE examination, focusing on key listening and composing skills.

Bridging Course: From Secondary 3 to Secondary 4
- Dates: 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 August 2025
- Time: 3:00 – 4:30 p.m.

Listening (Paper 1A): Western Classical Music
- Dates: 14, 18, 21, 25, 28 August 2025

Listening (Paper 1B): Chinese Instrumental Music
- Dates: 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 August 2025

Listening (Paper 1B): Cantonese Operatic Music
- Dates: 12, 15, 19, 22, 26 August 2025
- Time: 4:45 – 6:15 p.m.

Summer courses are bespoke and respond to students’ academic needs. Throughout the intensive summer course training, we deliver exercises and training to students, enabling them to improve their music knowledge and concepts within a short period of time. Prospective Form 4, Form 5 and Form 6 students are welcome to join the summer courses. The summer course modules we offer include:
- Western Music Tradition (Listening – Paper 1A)
- Chinese Instrumental Music (Listening – Paper 1B)
- Cantonese Operatic Music (Listening – Paper 1B)
- Local and Western Popular Music (Listening – Paper 1B)

Summer courses can be delivered in live lessons, online lessons, or both. Class size varies from 2 to 6 students.
